just a few shots before the sun went down- at a vista pointe between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara California, on our way home to L.A. area from a North California and South Californa Audi A3 get together.

Rebel XT - Nice camera body. EXIF says pictures were shot at 30mm, so what lens were you using?

Im using Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM zoom lens. No pro here

Yeah, my bud's car is an 08.5 S-Line model/6 speed manual, while mine is an 07 Premium 6 speed DualClutch. His engine is the newer TSi with base 211hp/210(?) torque, mine was the older FSi 200hp/207trq. However, he recently had a Neuspeed program- with new downpipe/exhaust- and yielding approx addtl 35-40hp= and thats sufficient for a light car! Needless to say- he's lovin it. A few more A3s showed up, along with a new 09 A3 with 2.0t Quattro- and already he's got it modded. too bad two buddies with 09 TT (one a TT-S) couldnt make it. One mk1 TT did show up and it was hot! here's a few more pics from the meet A GTI Fahrenheit
