Of all 50 states, which one has the least amount of vehicle modification regulations?

...the first person who says California is going to get a virtual punch to the solar plexus

My guess is florida ... I got away with all kinds of crap when I lived down there , I moved back to ohio , and replated the car and got 41 tickets the same week, It had been State highway patrol inspected in Florida and passed a month before I moved back

Definitely not Florida, if you count motorcycles as well.

I hear North Carolina is pretty chill when it comes to glow.

i was told you can't have green or red or anything flashing by mccook(who is a state trooper?) on here (nebraska).

but me and my friends were down by this park which happens to be by the trooper department and he told us that its red and blue. but i always see blue and ocasionally i see red those are the 2 most popular color for underbody glow so i'm guessing the officers don't care too much about lights too much.

Are you talking in terms of getting the vehicle registered OR regulations in terms of your everyday laws that are enforced?
