I'm wanting to install some superflux leds into my cupholders.. My only concern is I want to mount them as flush as possible so they have less chance of being hit and whatnot by drinks and cups going into them and causing problems. The superflux prewired have the black housing around them, so they stick out quite a good ways.
Phil has them in his tc from the action pics and they appear very bright. Anyone got any shots of theirs actually mounted? Or maybe if Phil can chime in and he has one. But some help would be greatly appreciated ;) |

You can simply drill your the mounting holes a tad larger, just enough to clear that small shoulder on the pre wired superfluxes. This will allow you to install them as flush as you want inside the cupholder. You can use hot glue,or silicone on the back sides of the superfluxes to keep them in place.

This is what you should use, and mount from behind so it sits flush
