So my Corvette-Specialist mechanic (Frank's Vettes) decided to spice up his shop a little. The concrete floor was just too boring. The plan called for an epoxy painted floor with a large C6 logo on the entrance area.
The C6 logo is Cut into the Concrete:
And the finished product:
It's Much easier to keep clean and fluid spills won't stain it. |

Sweet logo ... I wasn't happy with the epoxy paint , mine lifted , unknown if the prep wasn't right or oils ect leached out of the floor later

What did he use to make it so that the floor doesnt stain? Because Whenever i change my car oil. Some of it drips on to my drive way and stains it. I would like to have something that is portable so that i can lay it down whenever i change my car oil.

I use this galvanized drip tray from Blitz, before laying down the drain pan.You can find them at most auto parts stores.

the floor is painted epoxy. It's similar to a hard silicone. |
