You KNOW he did based on what facts?
I take it you have facts to back up you "knowledge" since you made the thread.

The book he wrote basically admits it from the parts I heard. Don't know if it's accurate though.

I think he did. But it's beside the point now. He got away with a crime once, he should not have pulled that stunt in Las Vegas last year. what an idiot.

I think he did it....

But he got off and then goes out and comits a serious felony with a weapon, multiple witnesses and admits to it. How dumb can one person be?

Yeah, because that's how you leave one of your gloves behind, and how you leave behind shoe impressions from the sort of very expensive shoes you wear, and how you cut your hand and leave blood behind at the crime scene......by paying someone else to do it....

How are you found not guilty for murder in a criminal court, but guilty of "wrongful death" in a civil court?

In a criminal case, the standard of proof is "beyond a reasonable doubt". Key word being REASONABLE, not "shadow of a". Apparently, some people do not understand this.

In a civil case, the standard of proof is "a preponderance of evidence".

The exclusionary rule does not apply to civil cases. No evidence is "thrown out."
