well this is what a few days of cuttin weight will do to you. but it payed off. Region 7 champ at 135 lb weight class. just got around to puttin the pic on the comp. enjoy

i used to wrestle, but it was too stressfull to me. cutting weight was annoying and difficult at times. So i got out of that and went straight to Judo..hee hee now i take home trophies and metals

I used to wrestle in that weight class.... I've "changed" a bit since high school... I've "changed" about 50 lbs and 15 years ....
 
I'm in karate now, and we grapple, which is close to wrestling, except that the match is over when your opponent "taps out" because he is in too much pain!  I could never get away with that in wrestling....

i had a friend who was qualified as a ripper in ufc fighting. theres only something like 9? rippers in the world. his name was bart bryant. bad ass. i trained with him for a lil while on some submission and stuff. some of it actually comes in handy in wrestling. it just gives you a diff perspective on certain things. i used legs alot more this year. like when in the crab ride the guy put his legs locked around me, so i locked mine over his and pushed down and away. he started screamin and they stopped for potent. dangerous
 i thought that was great
