I've got a bunch of 10" and 24" PlasmaGlow Fusion GloStix that are brand new, never used...

It is possible to wire them up so that they work "stand alone". You need to figure out which of the 8 wires to hook up.
5 wires are for segments, and 3 wires are for the ground of R, G and B. And I'm pretty sure the controller puts out 12v, so that wouldn't be a problem. |
