Unfortunately I can't provide any answers either since this is -yet another example of a product with missing/insufficient tech specs- OZNIUM ! icon_evil.gif

It doesn't even give you the current draw so you can calculate the maximum safe limit based on wire size . Tech specs fail #412, Oz . icon_cry.gif

I dunno, maybe 20 bars or something. I guess if you go more than that, they'd start to dim. And if that is an issue you can easily wire them on separate circuits.

My observation is that power is simply passed through a trace on the circuit board. If you draw too much current through one of the traces, you'll burn up the trace. This will most likely happen on the first paranha bar in the series as it's passing the current for all the others down the line.

like anything else .. You can try it and see what happens ... worst case it won't work and fry the trace ...

^^^
Agreed. If it did fry you could prolly get it exchanged as you hooked everything up correctly and stayed below the recommended limit by the business owner.

If you really need more hooked up, you can have your power wire come into the center of your string. Then put half of the strips on each side of the power wires.
