Ok, I have a new head deck for my car and Im trying to connect my remote turn-on wire from the deck to a led toggle switch so I can turn off on or off my amp with my choosing. The switch has three terminals-GND, Constant, Load. I just want to verify my connections are correct without blowing anything up. I connect remote-turn on to Constant, GND to ground, and load to amp. I just don't know if this type of configuration will turn on the led on the switch or if I would short something out when I turn it on/off. Would a relay work better in this configuration? I don't want to make it to complicated. HELP....

That's correct. The GND is just to ground the LED in the switch.
