Hey, I'm new here. Been following the PG series for quite a while.
I had bought a SG White GS neon kit, but eventually everything got busted up. Only one bulb qualified for warranty. That brought up the question. What exactly does the PG Fusion warranty cover? If it doesn't cover broken tubes, can you order a new one?
Thanks,
Nate

not sure what happens if the tube breaks, but PG told me their policy was to replace tubes only if 10% or more of the LEDs didn't work.

they will have tubes to buy in the furture but the new kit has only been out for about a month and in that short amount of time no one should have busted a tube by now or be in need of a replacement for anyreason other than factory problems...even with my truck as low as it is i havent busted a fusion tube yet(knock on wood)..and if they will only cover the tube if at least 10% doesnt work then if it really matters you can always make a few more LEDs go out but im sure if someone have like 9 LEDs out that they wont even be able to tell unless you look right at the tube...those LEDs are very bright..and if you end up having a few go out you may not even notice it unless the ones that went out are in a row....im not totally sure about everything they cover and dont cover...just go to www.plasmaglow.com and look under the warranty section and it will tell you everything..ohh yea...welcome to the board

Welcome to the board.... What kind of car do you have? I'm assuming it is some kind of Honda/Acura as you have hondagallery.com linked as your WWW.

Feel free to ask away with any troubles or concerns... plenty of helpful & knowledgeable people here... L8R,

pg does sell replacement tubes for the fusion kit. i unfortunately ran over one of my wires b/c they were loose and i stupidily did not fast it to something so that if it got loose it wouldn't fall all the way to the bottom. anyways i asked them how much a new tube was and i think it was $90 for the long tube and $80 for the short tube, I forget but it is somewhere around that price. Fortunately they said that they would send me extension cables and that I could splice the wires back together. That's what I did and now all my tubes are working again. icon_biggrin.gif

I can probably sell them a little cheaper than that.

I love the "Dents, rock chips, and bird crap" comment in your car's description. Too funny. biglaugh.gif
