HID's flicker, mainly just the pass side

Ok I have 2005 dodge ram 1500, I installed HID kit with the H4 bulbs. Everything works fine until the truck has been operated for a short period of time. It started off as after about 15 min of driving I would come to a complete stop at a red light, after I let off the brake pedal the pass side light would flicker and go out for about 3-4 seconds. Now a few months later it started going out while I was just driving down the road. The driver side did it but only a couple of times... The ballast is mounted in my open air box so it should not be getting hot, it's probably the coolest place in my engine compartment. Any suggestions?

Do you have it installed with a relay harness ?
Do you have a bulb out monitor ?
Most likely you need either a relay harness or a cancellor , or a capacitor to eliminate the flicker.
