which would be better to put into the headlights? 1 or 2 leds or sould i get the Xenon headlights? which one will make my headlights glow more? and how exactly do the xenon headlights look?

You need to be more specific. Are you trying to give the headlight a colored tint while it's on, or are you trying to give the headlight housing a colored glow when your lights are off?

heck i say just go with both. the xenon headlights make a car look so much better when your drivin at night and you could also do the led's to give it a color while your headlights are on and a glow when they're off.
