It is in new condition and has been used slightly. The cover has a few bugs on it but besides that it is clean. Material breaths really well and is great for bird poo, sap, frost, snow, dew, and anything else. The cover is water proof to some extent. It will keep out the dew and light rain with no problem but in a heavy down pour cover might get soaked through and through. The cover also comes with its own carry bag. I'm selling the cover and carrying bag for $55 shipped.
