i just built a box for my subs. my truck is silver and i have green neons. out of this silver and green pops a red sony head unit, sony xplod 8" components, and now ive got 2 10's sony xplod red and a legacy amp going on my box. so what should i do with my box? just carpet it with matching carpet to my interior or should i sand it real nice and paint it? if i paint it should i do green or red? any other suggestions would be appreciated

Carpet. If you paint it, you should sand it down, caulk or puddy up crackes so that they don't show when you paint it, and so on. So much more effort than carpeting.

Yeah I'm no expert on building boxes, or painting/carpeting them, but it seems to me that carpeting would be a heck of a lot easier, plus I think it would look nicer than painted wood.

i've seen his box, it looks good. but all the good its for right now is vibratin water ( stuck in a creek this is his second time stuck in the same frickin place) i feel bad for the poor kid i was standin there watchin him crawl around in the grossest water ( sewage water running through a creek) and then his dad slipped and knocked a big dent in the bed of his truck. my thoughts and prayers go out to you daniel. lol icon_twisted.gif
