I have been wanting a underbody kit ever since I first saw a primative neon one about 4 years ago. I have lately been looking into the plasmaglow fusion kit but I am unsure of the legality of this type of lighting in Chicago Illinois. I have not seen anyone with underlighting in years so if I get one, I will stand out like a sore thumb. Therefore, I don't want to just drive with one on without knowing the law, the cops would notice right away. If anyone knows if these kits are legal in Chicago or know how to go about finding out, I would appreciate your response.
