Hopefully one of the guys on here that already have ICE will be able to help ya out with the exact type/size of screw to get. You could just go up to your local Home Depot or Lowe's home improvement store and see if you can find something that will work. I would imagine a 1" or smaller self-tapping or lag screw would work. Also, since most UB's are outside and exposed to the elements, make sure to get either stainless or galvanized screws.

It's all dependant on your vehicle. Take a look at the pictures in my gallery. There is a link up top for ICELED install. I chose to go with some extra protection due to the price of ICELED (hate to bottom out and have the weight of the car crush the ICELED kit). I used self tapping sheet metal screws, and I pre drilled holes through my support beam into the frame. The ziptie brackets I bolted to the protective rails I put up, and I used locktight on the threads so the bolts wouldn't come lose. Especially considering there are only 2 holding your 3 foot bar in place.. if one comes loose, the whole bar could fall and drag.
