i was wondering if anyone knew how to use a capacitor to make LEDs or neons or whatever fade out when you turn it off. Specifically what type and size capacitor should i use?

I don't know how to do it but i'm sure it would need to be very small if your not putting it on alot of neons and leds

Hmm... You might try calling digikey and see if the tech person there is willing to give you a little insight as to how to do it.
