Yes you can but seal the end once you cut it with silicone or glue. you be aighttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. peace

What they said... you can cut it, but whatever you cut off is garbage and cannot be used again.
