I just want to find out how much interest there is in Whelen strobes because I am about to stock up on a whole bunch of them.

Would you get the 60 or 90 watt? Clear? Red? Blue? Green? Amber (I don't think amber is too popular)

I will probably be running a group buy for the Whelens very soon.

i would probably participate in a the group buy..but i think they are kind of expensive just for strobes...i know you sell them for cheaper than other places but i still never wanted to spend almost $200 for 4 strobes....so if the group buy price is good then i will most likley get some then...but i dont want to tell you to buy them or not because even if the group buy cocst a too much for me then i wont get them

the only reason i checked no was because i'm not planning on buying strobes. if you could really sell them all then i would definitely say yes, buy them.

maybe you should make the poll "would YOU buy strobes if I had a group buy?"

also, what do you think the group buy price would be for the 90 watt and 60 watt kits?

Yeah, but I need to know if the 60 watter will put 15 wats to each bulb (4 bulbs) or will it only do 10 watts per outlet (6 outlets). Let me know. If it will not put 15 watts to each of the 4 bulbs than get me a really good price on the 90 watter setup with 4 WHITE bulbs. Thanks. OH BY THE WAY...How did that connection that I got you with my boys at xtremedetroitconcepts.com (XDC) work out for you? Are you guys going to start doing business with each other? They will not be in this weekend. Today(SATURDAY) they are at HOT IMPORT NIGHTS and they are closed tomorrow(SUNDAY). Let me know how my connections are working out for you. PEACE!

Group buy would probably be around $185 for 60 watt kit and $220 for the 90 watt kit. Those would just be with the 4 clear strobes.

Alberto: I am starting to work with XDC. Thanks icon_smile.gif

I agree the Whelens are kind of expensive but for what you get they are worth it IMO. They would definatly set you apart from other cars that only have an UB kit and a few neon lights. I just found out that the kits have a 50% reduction setting so during the night cops actually turn them down because otherwise they would be way too bright icon_smile.gif

I think I could sell the 30 kits although it might take a few months.

I just installed the 90 watt kit in my truck. They are seriously bright like Phil said. Well worth the price I paid wich was more then what Phil is offering.

I say as long as you aren't taking a hit on it go for Phil. I know three pepole here who are waiting to get money for them so I can garrantee at least three of those kits sold.
