My little sis just got a white 00 Hyundai Tiburon and wants to make it glow. I was suggesting that she do pink neons but the SG is a little to expensive. Then I remembered that some people sait the red cathodes look pink. I was just wondering if anyone has any pics of the red cathodes installed, any help would be appreciated.

Someone earlier stated that if you have a dark interior its red, but if you have a light interior its pink

Thanks guys, it looks like they are only pink under lighter or bright conditions. The interior of her car is grey/black so I'll show her the pics and see what she thinks. Thanks again for all the help.

I just put two sets of red in my Jeep. I will agree with kramer13, the light grey of my interior makes them look pinkish.

to me they look pink in my friends car but that is looking at them next to red LEDs also. I would say if they are not by any other red lights they shouldn't look that much pink.

Someone should take all these pics make it into one post and make it a sticky, because once a week this question is asked...
Someone also should take the extended cathodes wire question and make it a sticky If no one does it, I will see what I can pull together and offer up to Phil and the Oz Crew.... |
