Does anyone know how to change the color of a lcd display. It is my CMTC module im my sebring and it currently lights up green. I am in the process of changing all my interior to blue and was wondering if it was possible to change this.
Here is a link to a pic of the CMTC. http://t.vago.1c3el75r62n.home.att.net/s200304100004.jpg It lights up green and dims with with dimmer switch in the car so im guessing its a surface mount led but i dont know if the color change is possible. Any feedback would be apriciated. JoeC |

go to a junk yard... get one, re wire a new light in there and then plug it into your car... to see if it works.

take it apart if you can and see whats in there.....could be a led or some kind of el panel.

that's what i would do .. then find out what needs to be replaced to get the blue needed and look around online for the parts. |
