Cathodes under doors

I was thinking of getting some cathodes and putting them under my door, under car, and when u open door they come on, now are they water proof and with a good outter shell?

I did that two-three weeks ago (Still waitin on the rest of them greens, Phil lol I know its not your fault) , they're still workin fine. Its been raining nonstop for weeks here in Jersey so they survived the water test in my opinion. Just have to mount them in a place that's safe from debris. I used Elmers caulk in a bottle to seal the ends and wires.
