he must have watched fast and the furious one too many times. first of all if you really wanted to street race im sure you wouldnt have to go to california. second thats just dumb cause once again its illegal, big problems with the cops if you get caught. in tennessee its minimum like 500 dollars in fines and jail time max the second time you get caught you automatically lose your license and more fines and possible jail time. and thats in tennessee imagine whatd be like in california.

there is like one county where prostitution is legal, and even then it has to be at a ho-house to be totally legit. also, the emp type device is something that (last time i saw) was blasted out from under the cops car (it is usually mounted on the push bumper on the front of the patrol car)..... it's like a very small rocket on wheels that shoots out at 40 mph over what the cop is doing and if it goes under your car then emp's fry everything, killing your car. Pretty neat if you ask me, not so sure if they are using it yet. Just watch out for the car with the small rocket on wheels on the front and you'll be good. As of right now, I highly doubt they have that rpg lookin thing that shoots **** and sticks it to your car... don't know though.
