You dont have to have been caught in order to qualify as "committing a crime"

I would consider Littering and jaywalking in a different category than graffitti and shoplifting. Littering and jaywalking are often "accidental" crimes, and little thought is given to committing them. Graffitti and shoplifting is intentional and premeditated.

I don't think I've intentional littered, but I'm sure I have on several occassions. I've also jaywalked a lot, but only because I was too lazy to walk to the corner, so that's a valid excuse... I've never shoplifted or graffitti'd.

If you count speeding as "committing a crime", I think you'll see that a lot of the "6) I have never committed a petty crime. " entries would change...


You should also have an option for most of the questions for " 6) I have never committed a petty crime. "

It's defintely a good subject to have a poll on, however.
