Lets say you're convicted of some horrible crime like murder and are sentenced to life in prison. Now, say you have a heart attack or are electrocuted or something and you are declared dead, but then you are revived somehow (it happens). Since technically you were declared dead, your life is over, thus your prison sentence is over...but then you come back to life. Would you be set free?
If this happened and they didn't let you g do you think someone could win a case like this? |

You might think that the favorite plant of the porcupine is the cactus, but it's thinking like that that has almost ruined this country.

it sounds alot like that double jeopardy rule where if you are convicted of a crime, lets say murder, and do your time and you get out and the person you supposedly killed isn't dead (they faked it or did die and were revived like you said) and you come back and kill them again you can't be convicted of the same exact crime twice in circumstances like that anyway. now if you **** on the alamo and went to jail and came back and did it again it would be a totally separate crime.

Fun criminal quiz:
A woman is attending her mother's funeral, when she spots this amazingly attractive guy. She tries to follow him throughout the evening but never meets up with him. She is really sad that she never go to talk to him, and she's afraid that she'll never see him again. Three days later she kills her sister. Why? ---- A: She hoped the man would attend her sister's funeral also. Seeing as how he was at a funeral for her mother, she felt maybe he was a family friend. If you guessed this, you are a sick criminal *******. |

Life is a defined term, Life = 40 years, It's suppose to be lifespan or long enough to have gotten through after starting a carrer. That's how you get multiple life sentenses.

If a person barricades himself in a house because the police are after him and he has multiple personalities, is that considered a Hostage situation?
