i got reared ended and it caused me to hit the guy in front of me so my back and front bumper messed up and i am gettin my car back on monday and i am gettin it painted all black...cant wait till i get my car back...

yea at least you are getting a paint job out of it..or are you paying....what i want to know is whos fault was it since you were rear ended so that would make it that persons fault but because of that you rear ended another person so then that would be your fault(i think)...so how do they work out who pays

Obviously it wouldn't be your fault if someone rear-ending you caused you to hit someone else.

It should be the person who rear ended Mirage who gets the blame.

yes but no matter what when you rear end someone its your fault because they say you shold be far enough behind the person in front of you so that you have plenty of time to stop

Hopefully there are extenuating circumstances to that rule Vice, cuz I'd hate it if i was 200 feet back and I got pushed into a rear-end by a runaway semi-truck!

well i was completely stopped at the light and the guy just came and rammed me....i guess his brakes werent good...he hit me hard and next thingi know is he backed up and drove away fast...

if the person ran away then they must have either should not have been driving anyway or they have a warrant out for them and when a cop got there and check everyone out he would have ssen it and arrested them..but if none of that is true then that person is just a flat out idiot

dude your lucky compared to the damage i got in a wreck quite like yours except i was in a neighborhood and got rear ended by my best friend my car is worth 3,000 and the damage done to it was 3600 but they are gonna fix it anyway but he tried to swerve to miss me i guess but he rippled my quarter panel screwed up my bumper my trunk lid my trunk floor and my tail light. half the stuff to replace its gonna have to come out of a junk yard. so im waitin for the guy whos gonna fix it to find all the stuff. if i can get some pics of my car i'll try and put em on here.

nah he got away..and we had to move the car on the site cuz we were on busy road...and cops showed up lie 1 and half hours late...

damn, that would suck, i was in crown point one day and a dude in a blazer nailed this big ford, and took off, looked funny as hell, all smokin and stuff, billion people round and he just jetted, dunno if he got caguht tho, accidents just suck

a couple years ago my dad was comin home one night and got hit head on by a blazer but unfortunately for them my dad was driving a 200 ford f350 extended cab dually and it caused the blazer's bump to wrap around the doors and bust his engine so he couldnt get away it did minimal damage to my dad's truck. needless to say my dad was **** and he's a big guy and i woulda been scared if a guy big as my dad came out of his truck cussin and bout to kick some ass. he ended up havin to have two discs fused together ( my dad ) because of the accident so it sucked all together.

i had an accedent last year when i was following my gf home from school and i rearended her. that really sucked. i had my lience taken away for 90 days and like 680 buck to pay for my car. but my gf still stayed with me even though she had to do all the driving after that!

here it is....got the new bumpers painted black and soon the whole car i gonna be like that...
