Ok guys, this really is a serious post. As some of you may very well know I am in the mortagage business. I handle refinances and home purchases for properties nationwide, including Hawaii and Alaska. I was wondering if any of you had friends or families members who are in need of a refinance or are looking to buy a home. I work for one of the top 25 out of over 40,00 lenders in the United States. Forbes and Money magazine has rated my company (Quicken Loans) the #1 mortgage company to work with when it comes to ALL home financing needs in the US for the last 4 years in a row. Here is the website to company. QUICKENLOANS.COM Please disregard any jokes or BS on my part when you are considering doing business with me. I conduct myself VERY professionally when I am working. I just started at THIS company but I have over a year's worth of Mortgage experience and am VERY good at what I do. My company also has the lowest closing costs in the US and is a direct lender. We are not a BANK or BROKER, So you get to bypass the BROKER and ORIGINATION FEES. Please remember me when you, your friend's, and your family are in need of financial assistance. Help me be successful and get a great start in my career at this company. Thanks.

Alberto

Just curious, but please tell me this is a real office job and not one of these "you find us customers and we'll give ya a cut" because if not, im sorry to inform ya but those usually dont work, and they build your hopes up. I almost did that for refinancing/business solutions for a company who promised me $100,000+ a year and my own office and bla bla. Well turns out they went under and just wanted me because Im a GE employee and have years of business practice. I mean I wish ya ll the best and if I do look for a house I'll keep ya in mind when I do. But If this is a runby company don't expect the paysum they tell ya.

No, it absolutely is a VERY reputable company. They has been in business since 1986, and are VERY well known in the business. As I had mentioned they are in the top 25 out of 40,000 lenders in the US. And get very high praises from the BBB, Forbes magazine, and Money magazines. I have been in sales for quite a few years now and have been told many times that I could make $100,000 a year...but I never saw any of the employees making that. I have NOT meant an employee at this company who did NOT make $100,000+ their first year. Most of my LEADS are provided to me already via the web from clients who send their information and interest in refinancing and purchasing a home, but it NEVER hurts to get your own business and gain some clientele(SP?). Thanks for the "BEST OF LUCK" comment and I am very happy and fortunate to have landed this job to make a career out of. icon_biggrin.gif And by the way, I do operate out of a 40,000 sq foot office building in Livonia Michigan...but I understand the concern and sceptisism. TOTALLY LEGIT. Feel free to check out the BBB(Better Business Bureau) at BBB.COM And again the company name is QUICKEN LOANS. Later

I'll be buying a house in a couple years. Stick around the glow boards, so I remember you. icon_biggrin.gif
