That all Kicker gear is now made in China? Btw is Oznium an Authorized Kicker Internet Dealer?

I'm not sure about the china part... But Oznium has no relations to Kicker. We get the items from a distributor.

No, they are made in Stillwater, Arizona (or New Mexico.... somewhere down south -- I can't remember). They might get parts from over seas, but every company get something overseas.....
And Phil, if you are not a direct seller of Kicker, are you covered w/ their warranty?? "If you buy it on the internet, through mail order, or from any other source not authorized to sell KICKER products through these channels, you’re on your own.
