accident citations?

i got in an accident 10-6-05... 2 girls ran infront of my car from a dead blind spot and caused me to swerve as they stopped in my lane and i hit the curb lost control and hit another car head on...u can see the pics on my gallery....they said there was 160 feet of skids.. but when i went back there were only truck skids..4 tires..and they claim i pulled my ebrake...in that case my ebake didnt work to begin with cause i just had the things replaced and they didnt do them right soo i needed to do them over again...i really dont want that point to come out....but point being...the tickets were written up for the 6th...they went..straight to the magistrate on 10-14-05...then didnt get printed till 11-22-05...and didnt get sent till 12-3-05..i just got them yesterday 12-06-05...which is the 2 month of my accident... soo is it legal that they took that long? and that i didnt get a copy of the citation before this point from the state police? i have plans on fighting it because i know the cop probably wouldnt show up....hes a state trooper..and its really probably not worth his time...but if i dont fight it i get careless driving...and observing a safe limit..put on my record....the one statement the cop issued was i had to regards to myself and deffinately did cause the accident on my own accord...because the girls ran away and they never got a thing out of it...

its 227 dollars worth of fees now...when the cop coulda sent them directly to me for under 100....

any clue what should go on?? i know its not lights..im sorry...but i need responses fast...ive only got one week
