This is a Uniden BC246 handheld police scanner. This is one of the best scanners on the market without a doubt. I am selling it because I am in need of cash very bad. I will sell it for 190 shipped. It will come with box and everything necessary to operate it. I will even program it to your area (costs at least 5 dollars on the internet.)
