Myspace and Mysister

So, I've always had a feeling that I have had a sibling. My dad left my mom and I when I was less then a year old and fleed to Texas. (I'm in Washington)

He left us becasue he didnt want to have to take care of me and my mom, since my mom was 18 when she had me.

One day when I was about 11, he called the house when I was getting ready for school, and started to make my mom cry (from what I can remember). Since I was 11 and didnt know much, I decided to never talk to this person again, because he made my mom cry.

Once in a while, I would think about my dad, but it is hard because I cant put a face with the name. ****, half of the time I forget his name. Obviously I moved on. And once in a while, I would wonder if I had a sibling or not. I didnt put to much time into it because from what I knew, (which was nothing) I didnt think it was possible.

Turns out, my half-sister messages me on myspace saying that I am her half-brother.

It was true, we are siblings. All this time, I was an only child, and still am, but now I know I share my blood with someone else besides my mom and this ******* guy who is my biological father.

She spent an hour researching myspace, figuring I had to have it, only knowing my name and where I lived.

I was telling my friend this story, and the same thing happen to him a month ago.

****, I feel like we should be on Oprah or something. I'll have to contact her or Dr. Phil soon.

this is the first good story i've heard come out of myspace...usually your hearing about child molesters and crap on there...but thats awsome....are you two planning on meeting?? good luck with everything

Im sorry i have to inturrupt this thread to tell a story that was on my local news...

Ok so i was watching the news and they were saying how it was getting very close to the famous Colorado(??) school shooting anniversary and a bunch of teenagers were getting ready to "celebrate" by doing something exactly like it at their school. So, yes this is true, they posted that they were going to on MySpace and got busted before they did it. Cops found i believe it was 3 automatic rifles, 4 pistols, and a hand grenade in one kids bedroom ohhhh what people put on MySpace....

myspace is full of idiots. its nice to see something good come out of it.

She lives in Alabama, and is a full time student and has a job and such.

I'm up here in Washington, never been to Alabama, but who knows now.

That's pretty school. You can find lots of people you haven't seen in a while on myspace.

Sounds like folks are trying to put ya to work, from hooking up with your sister to advertising for them.... in that case did I mention I have my own business?(J/K) Hope all works out main.

Oprah is pretty cool. that would be awesome if you were on it.

It's a cool story but I doubt it will make TV. It's normally an episode titled.

"Brother and Sister seperated by buring chemical fire during an earthquake reunited after 56 years telepathic messages."

But maybe a Myspace Episode. I bet local papers might cover it.

congrats man.....i use myspace alot..but havent found any siblings that i didnt know about yet.....i did find an ex-girlfriend once....i had some fun with that...but anyways..glad to see that you found your half-sister
