can somebody find the NY state laws for underglow and post it here or email me at dalamar_85@yahoo.com, i went to the site before and for some reason cant navigate there site for **** to find what i wanted.

The short answer is, glow is illegal in NY.... Interior lights are OK, but not exterior.

i remember reading something for the ny one that basically states only red blue and green are illegal, and thusly undebody is a glow if done right kinda letting it fall through a lil loophole....or something of such
