Argh.. Looks like I have to order a Replacement Tube to replace the "died out cathaodes"
Heres a Pic of whats wrong with it. All 3 Works cept the last tube.. see the picture below.. one is glowing n the other end isnt.

i need to order a replacement to one of mine had a wire over heating and it burned though the insolation. the light would flicker time to time but yesterday i noticed the burn and decided to take it out before it starts a fire. im just going to order a new cathoide set and put the one tube in my grill

Damn.. i havent been on this site in a while and I still havent ordered a replacement yet. I need to.. not in a hurry though.
