winter beater ****. gets 35mpg and the alternator belt squeels. 500 bucks and was old man/mechanic owned.
i added my subs to it and a hu, might take the old neons i have laying around and put them on but still not sure.

Whyd you get rid of a nice 3000gt for that?

and i hope by "traded in" you mean you took it into a dealership or something and got like 10K instead of traded it for this little machine.

yes this is the winter car.
the 3000gt is in my garage of horrors and not moving until its got some new things on it.
such as widebody conversion maybe, new windshield tint fiberglassing maybe supercharger?
depends on how rich i get saving money on insurance and gas.

Are you seriously going to put a nice car like that in a garage just because you're waiting for new stuff? That's retarded in my opinion.

well, insurance and gas milage say so. also so does the fact that it needs a starter and tires. and snow in ohio gets pretty **** at times, we tend to use excessive salt on the first snow, which could be anytime in the next 2 months.

I say forget the neons . Music you need just to stay sane while you drive, but I think lights might really make it seem like you're trying to make it something its not . Looks like a good snag for that price though .

i dont think he has an awd version

FWD in snow > RWD in snow imo

RWD with no weight in the back = ass end coming out easier

1. neons dont make a car look like something its not. i have seen people light up sub boxes seats gauges w/e. its not about the car on this forum most of the time its about how much area you can light up. but the music is a necessity.

2. it is not the awd version, its actual fwd. all 3000gt's are fwd aside from the vr4.

3. i know dan! but its alright, its coming out now and people get it. maybe i should change the topic?
