I have always wanted to set up a gaming center for all my old school gaming systems that I have had since I was a kid, just recently picked up a SNES and been buying a bunch of N64 games and need to start on SNES. Going to get a flash cartridge for the SNES and NES so I dont have to buy as many games, but still buying N64 cartridges as its my favorite system. Just figured I would post up some retro gaming fun

I was cleaning out the crawl space and found my Atari with a ton of cartridges might have to do this too

Very nice man. I wish I had never gotten rid of my Atari or NES. I still have my Sega and original Playstation and PS2, as well as my broken PS3

My dad kept my NES and SNES cause he's a boob. We have a Sega somewhere, too, don't remember if it's at my house or theirs (probably theirs). I wouldn't mind going through and beating some of those games again. Not sure how well my new TVs would behave with the old systems, though.

I play my n64 almost as much as my xbox 360. I play it on a 51" Samsung in my bedroom. I don't see it as being that bad. Some of the smaller fonts are almost impossible to read but playing some of the games on a big screen is great!

Since the last post I have collected quite a bit more you could say, here is the retro game room now....

Made end labels for each N64 game, makes it easier to find them. Roughly 130 N64 games, a handful of SNES and NES, but just picked up a flashcartridge that will hold all the ROM's and go into the NES

Awesome! I wish I had room to dig out my old NES/SNES/N64 stuff. Unfortunately I only have room to hook up one other system and I opted for the GC so I could play metroid again.

Question....

26 super Nintendo NES games (18 with boxes), 2 consoles and 4 remotes.

You think they may be worth anything?

depends on the games and the condition of the console. Its already worth money, not going to retire or anything but depending on what you have it might be worth more.

just found a lot of general prices on ebay and also http://videogames.pricecharting.com/

i would hold on to them, the boxes alone for some of them make them valuable so store them in a safe place so they cant be crushed or damaged. I would cry if those got hurt lol. If you ever look to sell them let me know but I wouldnt advise selling as they should just keep going up slowly over the years.

Awesome setup. I think you need to find a Virtual Boy to add to the Nintendo collection, although it doesn't fit into the "popular" portion of the collection.
